Ana Beatriz Barros is our latest installment for our Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Models.  Barros is a 27-year old Brazilian bombshell.  Barros has worked for Bebe, Victoria’s Secret, Chanel cosmetics and Guess?  Barros has also appeared on the covers of the top fashion magazines, including Vogue, Glamour, Marie Claire and Allure.  Barros has been a lovely mainstay in the SI Swimsuit Issue since 2002.  Enjoy – I know I did…

It was a match for the ages as Roger Federer defeated American Andy Roddick in a record Men’s Wimbledon Finals.  The final score – 5-7, 7-6, 7-6, 3-6, 16-14.  The 77 games played by the 2 competitors was a record for a 5-set match.  The 16-14 5th set score was the highest score ever in a 5th set Wimbledon match.  The 30 games played in the 5th set was also the most games ever played in a set.  Federer had 50 aces in the match – a personal record for him.  Shockingly, Federer never even broke Roddick once until that 77th game that gave him the win.  Roddick had broken Federer twice during the match. 

Federer became the game’s greatest player ever – winning a record 15th Grand Slam title. Pete Sampras previously held the record with 14 Grand Slam Titles.  Sampras and legendary tennis players Bjorn Borg and Rod Laver were on hand to congratulate Federer at the end of the match.

Any reason to show more pics of hottie Brooklyn Decker.  American Andy Roddick defeated Swiss player Andy Murray in 4 sets to advance to the Men’s Wimbledon Finals on Sunday morning.  It was a huge accomplishment for Roddick, as Murray had beaten Roddick 18 of the 20 times the 2 tennis players had met.  But Roddick saved a big break point with Murray leading 4-3 in the 4th set and then went on to make great plays in the 3rd and 4th set tie-breakers en route to the 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 (7), 7-6 (5) win.  Roddick had this to say about reaching the finals:  “To be honest, the last couple of years I didn’t know if I’d ever get a chance to play for another Grand Slam title.  Now I get to.  It’s just a dream…  I had to play my best tennis out there to win today.  I can’t say enough good things about Andy’s game, but I can play some tennis sometimes, and not many people were giving me much of a chance at all and I knew if I could stay the course that I had a shot and that’s all you can ask for.”  Great and congrats Andy.  But now on to better things.  Enjoy our sensational friend Brooklyn – Roddick’s fiance…

Our latest installment of the SI Swimsuit model collection features Ingrid Vandebosch – wife of successful Nascar race care driver Jeff Gordon.  The 40-year old still has what it takes to compete with the younger, more athletic models these days.  Vandebosch began her modeling career back in 1996 in the Netherlands.  She has worked on modeling projects for Christian Dior and Amway and has graced the pages of the following fashion magazines – Vogue, Glamour, Marie Claire and ELLE.  She also appeared in the “wives of star athletes” section of the 2008 SI Swimsuit issue, along with Carmella Garcia (wife of NFL Quarterback Jeff Garcia); Michelle Damon (wife of MLB center fielder Johny Damon).

WOW – Marisa Miller is a fabulous installment for our SI swimsuit issue models.  I definitely have not paid close enough attention to the swimsuit issue the last few years.  Miller is a 30-year old American model beauty.  Miller was born in Santa Cruz, California, and makes the state her home.  Miller has appeared in Glamour, Vogue, Victoria’s Secret, Cosmo, Marie Claire, Elle & Vanity Fair, and has appeared in every single SI Swimsuit Issue from 2002-2009.  Miller has also had a few TV commercials and cameos on TV shows – including HBO’s Entourage – one of the best shows around these days.  Miller made her Maxim “Hot 100″ debut in 2008 – taking the cake with the #1 ranking.  Unbelievable.
